About Raduga Brewery
Raduga Brewery LLC is a young and ambitious brewery that has been steadily making its mark on the Russian beer market since 2022. In a short period, we have earned recognition as a trusted producer, guided by a commitment to tradition, quality, and a strong sense of local identity.
Our Brewing Philosophy
We don’t take shortcuts. Our beer is crafted using a classic brewing method refined over decades. We brew exclusively with brewing-grade malt and do not use unmalted adjuncts in the mash — a deliberate choice in favor of a clean, rich, and full-bodied taste.
The light bitterness and distinctive aroma of our beer come from premium hops sourced from Germany and the Czech Republic — regions renowned for their brewing heritage. And a fermentation period of at least 21 days ensures that each beer reaches its full potential.

Our brewery is located in a unique place — the resort region of the Caucasian Mineral Waters. For our production, we use pure, naturally soft water sourced from the Malkinskoye deposit.
