Bottling is carried out in two convenient formats:

Glass bottle 0.45 L — for those who appreciate classic serving, atmospheric gatherings, and special moments;
PET bottle 1.15 L — for home, friendly gatherings, barbecues and outdoor recreation.

Each batch is based on water from local springs in the Caucasian Mineral Waters region, renowned since ancient times for its softness and balanced composition. This is what gives Yuzhnoye its key characteristic: an exceptional purity of taste that is noticeable from the first sip.
A full-cycle fermentation and aging process allows for the creation of a live beer without accelerated production methods. The drink's ABV is 4.5%, making it light, easy to drink, and ideal for long gatherings with friends.

Raduga Brewery (Mineralnye Vody) has launched the bottling of its new “Yuzhnoye” beer line. The product is crafted using pure mountain water from the Caucasian Mineral Waters region and 100% malt, following traditional live brewing methods.
